1. Air heat dissipation: Convection air is created through air fluid mechanics and LED lamps. This is a very low-cost heat dissipation method, but it is slow to dissipate heat and is usually suitable for some low-power LED lamps.
2. Shell heat dissipation: Use thermally conductive plastic with heat dissipation performance as the shell. Through the combination of plastic shell and thermal conductive material, the heat dissipation capacity of the lamp can be effectively increased.
3. Metal heat dissipation: This is a common heat dissipation method. By using metal heat sinks and thermal conductive materials as chip heat dissipation systems, it is usually used in some high-power lamps.
4. Radiant heat dissipation: By applying radiant heat dissipation paint on the surface of the LED shell for radiant heat dissipation treatment, the heat can be taken away from the display screen by radiation.
5. Heat pipe heat dissipation: Through the heat dissipation ability of the heat pipe, the heat of the LED is directed to the shell heat sink. This heat dissipation method is usually used in some large lamps.
6. Air cooling: This method uses a cooling fan to accelerate the air flow to take away the heat. This method is low-cost and effective, but the disadvantage is that it is not suitable for LED outdoor lighting fixtures.
7. Substrate cooling: Using high thermal conductivity ceramic materials as substrates can effectively reduce the operating temperature of LED chips. At the same time, the thermal expansion coefficient of ceramics is very close to that of LED chips. The high strength and electrical insulation properties also make ceramic thermal conductive materials ideal materials for LED heat dissipation substrates.
